Church,Retreats, Scrap Booking Groups, Family Get Togethers.  Quilting Groups, Company Groups, Seminar Groups, Continuing Education Groups are very welcome. 2 day minimum required in off season and subject to availability and owner discretion.

A few house rules: the person renting needs to be at least 30, there’s no smoking inside, and no prom or after-prom groups. Dogs are welcome, up to 2, with a $75 pet fee per stay; if yours is over 50 pounds, ask me first. Small weddings and parties are welcome with a $500 event fee. We sleep 26 overnight, and day guests over that are case by case, so ask me. It’s a good many steps down to the dock. If that’s hard on anybody, ask me about using the neighbor’s paved drive, and please don’t block it.

Schedule your Conference, Workshop, Continuing Education or Corporate Gathering with us and avoid the distractions and expense of large venues like Las Vegas.
